Botox is ideal for the reduction of wrinkles caused by repetitive movement of the facial muscles.  It is also a useful preventative method in preventing permanent wrinkles.  Deeper wrinkles that persist when the face is at rest can be filled with one of our dermal fillers. If they are “deep” we have developed a technique whereby we support the skin with scapholding of Dermal fillers.  For very deep wrinkles we recommend a resurfacing laser to the skin beforehand and then filling the reduced wrinkles.
